Autistic Burnout Resources

Writer's picture: Jennifer MeaigJennifer Meaig

The following are articles I have personally read and found helpful in discussing autistic burnout and how to heal from it. This is by no means an exhaustive list. Some of the articles use functioning labels, person first language, mention ABA Therapy, and may mention or use other terms that the actually autistic community reject, but the specific information on burnout may be useful to people, so I include them with the trigger warning. If I miss any that need a trigger warning, please message me and let me know so I can correct the error.
